Abstract:
•Adjudicated youth who completed TF-CBT experienced clinically significant reductions in PTSD symptoms.•TF-CBT was implemented with fidelity among a sample of therapists in a secure treatment setting.•Face-to-face workshops combined with ongoing consultations likely contribute to better TF-CBT implementation outcomes.
