Labour market reforms in Greece and the wage curve

Abstract: We offer strong evidence of a wage curve mechanism in Greece, which seems to be substantially enhanced by reforms aimed at increasing labour market flexibility. Male, older, more qualified and rural employees appear to be more sensitive to regional unemployment.
