Abstract:
Analyzes the impact of greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme (GHG-ETS) by comparing data from the two deltas in China from 2008 to 2019, it shows that implementation of the GHG-ETS significantly increases the total amount of regional industrial effluent discharge.
