Laura Zimmermann, Liliya Gataullina, Amelie Constant and Klaus Zimmermann ()

Economics Letters, 2008, vol. 98, issue 3, 235-239

Abstract: The paper investigates the role of human capital on immigrants' ethnic ties towards their home and host countries. Pre-migration characteristics dominate ethnic self-identification. Human capital acquired in the host country does not affect the attachment to the receiving country.
