Abstract:
Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) and Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) are seen as private-sector delivery mechanisms for energy efficiency, and understanding ESCO market developments, its limitations, and the success of relevant policies and programmes is helpful for policy-makers.
