Cost optimum calculation of energy efficiency measures in the Czech Republic

Abstract: The EU Member States have adopted the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD II) in their legislation. This directive introduces new procedures for evaluating the setting of energy performance requirements for buildings, including the so-called cost optimum requirements.
