Chinese corporate governance research over the last decade (2014 - 2023)

Abstract: This paper aims to summarize the academic research trend of corporate governance in China from 2014 to 2023. We collect papers published in the journals included in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) and Association of Business School (ABS) rating above 3 stars. We analyze keywords, journal distribution, authors, and other information to understand the trend of Chinese corporate governance research and publications. On this basis, we carry out bibliometric analysis to summarize the hot and emerging topics of Chinese corporate governance research over the past ten years. Finally, we propose possible future research prospects.
