Abstract:
This paper meticulously scrutinize the ramifications of the surge in computing power on enterprises' digital transformation endeavors. Our investigation reveals that the surge in computing power has a profound and statistically robust influence on enhancing the extent of enterprise digital transformation. Our findings highlight two critical conduits for fostering enterprise digital transformation: augmenting R&D investments and magnifying the marginal returns on capital. The catalytic effect of the computing power surges on enterprise digital transformation primarily resonates with companies boasting a high level of trust from their shareholders and operating within traditional industries.
