Abstract:
This study analyses the impact of corporate litigation risk on supply chain resilience. It is found that corporate litigation risk reduces supply chain resilience, while analyst attention suppresses the negative correlation between the two. The study conducted robustness and endogeneity analyses, indicating that the results of the analyses are robust.
