Manager's entrepreneurial experience and firm innovation

Abstract: The sample of this study comprises listed companies in China from 2012 to 2022 to examine the relationship between managers’ entrepreneurial experience and company innovation outcomes. Managers’ entrepreneurial experience positively influences a firm's innovation performance by driving strategic change. This experience leads to more adventurous behaviors and strategic changes, thereby enhancing innovation performance
