Abstract:
This study selects a sample of A-share listed companies in China's heavy pollution industry from 2014 to 2022 to examine the impact of the industrial Internet on enterprises’ green technology innovation. Based on the findings, the application of the industrial Internet not only improves the level of green technology innovation among enterprises in China's heavy pollution industry, but it also improves their organizational capacity to promote such innovation. In addition, the application of the industrial Internet is more conducive to the improvement of green technology innovation in state-owned enterprises, compared to private enterprises.
