Population aging and corporate human capital restructuring

Abstract: Herein, we examine how population aging influences corporate human capital structure adjustment. The results shows that population aging can upgrade corporate human capital structure, with artificial intelligence as a potential mechanism at work. These results remain valid under various robustness and endogeneity analyses.
