Abstract:
The punitive dismissal measures of the party organization department can effectively balance the management. This study examines how party organization governance within Chinese non-financial listed companies affects internal pay disparities. It finds that such governance helps narrow these pay gaps, especially in more marketized regions and larger companies, suggesting it plays a crucial role in equitable pay management.
