Abstract:
Focusing on the multi-stage complex logistics distribution process of distribution centers, this study proposes and establishes a characteristic state model, analysis, and control methods for logistics distribution centers. These are combined with system dynamics simulation methods for logistics systems to conduct an in-depth study on the optimization and control of distribution center operations. Based on actual distribution process data from a pharmaceutical logistics distribution center, the proposed theories and methods are validated against real-world engineering backgrounds.
