Abstract:
In terms of supply chain digitization, this empirical study draws on data spanning from 2013 to 2022, collected from 30 provinces across China. The findings strongly suggest that the advancement of cross-border e-commerce serves as a critical catalyst for regional economic growth. Notably, supply chain digitization is identified as a key intermediary in facilitating this growth. The study's conclusions are reinforced through comprehensive and rigorous testing. Furthermore, the research uncovers notable variations in how cross-border e-commerce development influences economic growth specifically in the Eastern, Central, and Western regions of China.
