Abstract:
This study selects panel data from 31 regions in China from 2010 to 2022 as samples to study the mechanisms through which human resource attention and financial agglomeration impact regional innovation capability. Results indicate that human resource attention and financial agglomeration can substantially improve regional innovation capability. Moreover, the influence of human resource attention on innovation capability varies across different regions, and a threshold effect exists in the impact of human resource attention on regional innovation capability. Furthermore, financial agglomeration plays a mediating role in this relationship.
