Abstract:
This study examines data from 31 Chinese regions (2011–2022) to explore the relationship between the digital economy, environmental regulations, and the green economy. Findings indicate that the digital economy promotes green economic growth, and environmental regulations positively impact this development. Moreover, environmental regulations moderate the link between the digital economy and regional green growth, with variations across regions.
