Abstract:
Using data from 2011 to 2023, this study explores the impact of enterprises’ fintech development on digital business models (DBMs). This study reveals that fintech improves business models by addressing financing constraints and eliminating information asymmetry. These insights contribute to understanding fintech's micro-level behaviors and offer practical guidance for enterprises seeking to navigate the digital transition. Findings underscore fintech's significant role in supporting the adoption of DBMs.
