Abstract:
Digital transformation addresses digital technologies and prevailing megatrends, enabling the achievement of competitive advantages for superior development. This article analyzes the correlation between a fair, competitive environment and corporate digital transformation, employing data from A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2023. The findings indicate that implementing the fair competition review system (FCR) can improve corporate digital transformation. This stimulating effect is attained by alleviating financial constraints and enhancing manufacturing capability. This study provides essential insights for the government to create an ideal business environment and support enterprises' digital transformation.
