Abstract:
This paper uses data from Chinese listed companies between 2008 and 2023 as an empirical sample to conduct an in-depth study on the impact of business model innovation and dynamic capabilities on corporate development. The research finds that dynamic capabilities have a significant positive effect on corporate development; business model innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and corporate development, and this mediating effect exhibits heterogeneity between high-tech and non-high-tech enterprises; the development of artificial intelligence plays an important moderating role in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and corporate development.
