Abstract:
Using data from 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022, this study examines the impact of digital inclusive finance and technological progress on migrant workers' income amid technological transformation. The results show that both digital inclusive finance and technological progress increase income levels. Digital inclusive finance moderates the relationship between technological progress and income. Moreover, the effects of digital inclusive finance and technological progress on income vary across regions, showing significant heterogeneity.
