Abstract: This study investigates the intersection of European Privacy Law (PL) and Collaborative Platforms (CP) in the context of mental health, examining their global impact on psychiatric care and the facilitation of work reintegration for individuals with mental health conditions. The research emphasizes the supportive role of PL and Business-to-Business (B2B) digital manufacturing platforms, such as CP, in enhancing the continuum of care. Specifically, it explores how these platforms can aid in societal and workplace integration for patients.
