A comparative analysis of the operational performance of Taiwan's major airports

Rong-Tsu Wang, Chien-Ta Ho, Cheng-Min Feng and Yung-Kai Yang

Journal of Air Transport Management, 2004, vol. 10, issue 5, 353-360

Abstract: The paper evaluates and compares the operational performance of ten major airports in Taiwan. The measure of operational performance is based on the relationship between four factors: airport, passengers, airline companies, and fire services. To overcome the restrictions of the small sample size, grey relation analysis is used to group the initial evaluation indicators and to select the representative indicators.
