Abstract:
With the number of disabled travelers continuously increasing, the airline industry is faced with the challenges associated with making online reservations accessible to the disabled. In this paper, we investigate the disability-accessibility of the online reservations systems of commercial US airline carriers, as well as, those of foreign carriers that fly to/from the US.
