Pin-Fenn Chou and Chin-Shan Lu

Journal of Air Transport Management, 2011, vol. 17, issue 4, 228-230

Abstract: This paper examines influenza preventive measures on airlines based on a questionnaire survey of passengers at Taipei’s Taoyuan international airport. Quadrant scatter-plots of influenza preventive service attributes revealed that the clean cabin and disinfection services fell into the “Keep up the Good Work†quadrant; the personal protective requirements dimension in the “Low Priority†quadrant, and influenza preventive equipment dimension fell in the “Possible Overkill quadrant.â€
