Abstract:
The liberalization of international air transport services in the USA and European countries and the competition from nearby Asian countries have forced Taiwan to adjust its air transport policies and regulations. This paper proposes to raise some relevant questions about regulatory changes in international air transport and highlight recent developments in these changes in Taiwan. All these regulatory changes are intended to meet the market demand in the rapidly changing air transport community.
