Toward a Zero-Carbon Energy Policy in Europe: Defining a Viable Solution

Christopher Jones and Jean-Michel Glachant ()

The Electricity Journal, 2010, vol. 23, issue 3, 15-25

Abstract: The present pace of carbon emission is not sustainable. Human societies need to react and to change. A rational responsive policy to deliver the required carbon emission reduction can be delineated if the key objective parameters are identified and addressed. This article attempts to lay the groundwork for a viable carbon energy policy for Europe.
