Post-Copenhagen: The 'New' Math, Legal 'Additionality' and Climate Warming

Abstract: Control of carbon emissions to the atmosphere is the environmental issue of this decade - perhaps of this entire generation. Its importance has been equated to the survival of the planet. It may all come down to the novel legal concept that sounds like second-grade math: "additionality." However, it is the "new" math.
