Abstract:
•Entrepreneurs struggle and feel uncertain about their project because they are taking action without a goal, or they are taking the wrong action.•Entrepreneurs have a common, practical problem of aligning goals to actions, a crucial step for early-stage startups.•Solving these problems requires synthesizing the experience of countless entrepreneurs into a mental framework.•The Entrepreneurs Question Index -- or Qi -- is a useful framework that can align goals with actions by aligning questions with the right tools of inquiry.
