Measuring top management satisfaction with the MIS department

Abstract: A questionnaire to measure top management's satisfaction with their MIS department has been developed and validated. The instrument was developed through the participation of 54 business managers and 41 MIS managers. The questionnaire has 19 items and has been tested for its reliability and validity by using the responses of 109 top executives.
