Natural resource performance for a green economic growth: From short-term to long-term quality

Abstract: This study examines the crucial relationship between sustainable economic development and the management of natural resources, highlighting the shift from immediate profits to long-term, high-quality results. We use a naturalistic method to study changes in carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in 270 Chinese cities between 2004 and 2017 in order to gauge the environmental impact of online shopping in the country. The study examines the many facets of natural resource performance, taking into account both the need for long-term ecological sustainability and the immediate economic advantages by integrating ideas from environmental economics and policy research. The study emphasizes the significance of optimizing resource use for green economic development, drawing on influential publications by. Based on the writings of the research, it finds ways to strike a balance between the preservation of ecological integrity and short-term economic rewards by looking at case studies and actual data.
