Abstract:
This study investigates the impact of public strategies on natural resource efficiency to promote a green economic recovery, focusing on thirty provinces in China from 1990 to 2020. By utilizing a panel model approach, it aims to uncover how governmental policies can enhance the sustainable use of natural resources, essential for economic sustainability. The research finds a significant correlation between effective public strategies and improved natural resource efficiency, indicating that targeted policy interventions can lead to notable advancements in environmental sustainability and economic resilience. The results underscore the importance of well-designed, region-specific public policies in driving the transition towards a greener economy. For policymakers, the study highlights the necessity of integrating economic recovery efforts with environmental protection strategies to achieve sustainable development, offering valuable insights for fostering eco-friendly economic growth in the face of global environmental challenges.
