Abstract:
The study aims to assess land complaints and determine the extent of urbanization’s impact on land complaints and propose some solutions to resolve land complaints in Vinh city. Secondary data were collected in Vinh city. Primary data was collected through a 2-step survey of 100 staff members. The data were analyzed and evaluated by using SPSS20.0 software. There were 20 factors belonging to 6 groups of factors that affect land complaints. The group of urbanization factors affecting land complaints with an impact rate of 17.91%, ranks third among the 06 groups of impact factors. Proposed solutions include improving legal regulations; developing, updating and managing cadastral records; forecasting the correct rate and speed of urbanization to determine the possibility of land complaints; strengthening propaganda and dissemination of land law; strengthening coordination among agencies in settling land complaints; regularly inspecting and examining the observance of the land law; ensuring the sufficient quantity and quality of human resources for settling land complaints.
