Merger and acquisition research in the Asia-Pacific region: A review of the evidence and future directions

Abstract: This paper provides a comprehensive review of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As) research conducted in the Asia-Pacific region over the last decade. We also identify gaps in the literature and highlight some important research issues that provide directions for future research.
