Abstract:
The paper explored mutual impact of logistics efficiency on economic benefits, based on a panel data of 28 provinces from 2008 to 2017 in China. The author used spatial measurement model to explore spillover effects of logistics efficiency on economic benefits. The empirical results showed that logistics efficiency benefits total factor carbon productivity under a low-carbon economy. This effect sustained in east area, large scale logistics area. In conclusion, economic efficiency may be increased by reducing carbon dioxide emissions from the perspective of logistics efficiency.
