Scandinavian Journal of Management, 1992, vol. 8, issue 3, 247-257
Abstract:
This paper presents the results of a research project aimed at determining differences in the managerial culture of Polish enterprises. The first investigations were made in 1987-1988, i.e. before the dramatic Polish reforms, and the second were conducted in 1990. The results of these two sets of studies have then been compared. The present contribution also presents the results of studies of demographic features of managers in companies in Silesia.
