J. S. Deeble
Social Science & Medicine, 1982, vol. 16, issue 6, 713-724
Abstract:
The paper is in three parts. Part I outlines the structure of Australian health services, their financing and the changes which have taken place in recent years. Part II analyses, as far as is possible, the effects of different financing arrangements on usage, costs and their distribution. Part III suggests some conclusions which might assist policy makers elsewhere.
