Statistics & Probability Letters, 2016, vol. 110, issue C, 1-7

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss likelihood ratio order between the smallest claim amounts from two sets of independent heterogeneous Weibull claims. We also establish dispersive order between the smallest order statistics from two independent heterogeneous Weibull samples. The results established here complete and extend the results of Li and Li (2014).
