Laws of large numbers under dependence assumptions

Thomas Birkel

Statistics & Probability Letters, 1992, vol. 14, issue 5, 355-362

Abstract: For sequences of pairwise weakly dependent random variables we give moment conditions which ensure the strong law of large numbers. Our results imply strong laws for mixing sequences as well as for sequences of positively dependent random variables.
