Conditions for approximation of the bias and mean squared error of a sample mean under nonresponse

Abstract:
This paper gives rigorous statements of sufficient conditions for some moment approximations under nonresponse. Approximations are stated in terms of sequences of populations and simple random samples. Nonresponse is handled through a quasirandomization approach, in which selected sample units respond with different probabilities.
