Abstract:
In this letter, we present two novel constructions of optimal 2-level orthogonal arrays with repeated rows. Specifically, we employ the incidence matrices of balanced incomplete block designs (BIBDs) to derive these new optimal 2-level orthogonal arrays containing repeated rows.
