Accurate test limits under prescribed consumer risk

Abstract: Measurement errors occurring during inspection of manufactured parts force producers to replace specification limits by slightly more strict test limits. Here accurate test limits are presented which maximize the yield while limiting the fraction of defectives reaching the consumer.
