Regression estimation with transformed auxiliary variates

Abstract:
The regression estimation of the mean of a primary survey variable and the estimation of the regression equation are considered in the finite population with transformed auxiliary variables. Large sample properties of estimators are developed. The effects of estimating auxiliary variates on estimators are investigated.
