A test for Weibull populations

Abstract: In testing equality of scale parameters of k Weibull populations with a common shape an ANOVA test is presented based on sample quantiles. Asymptotic null distribution is noted and appropriate choices of quantiles yielding good powers against specific alternatives are emperically investigated.
