Feasible criterion for designs based on fixed effect ANOVA model

Abstract: A design is called feasible if all the ANOVA parameters in it are estimable. This paper provides a simple method to judge the feasibility of a design using matrix image. Furthermore, a broad family of feasible designs is obtained.
