Statistics & Probability Letters, 2015, vol. 97, issue C, 206-211

Abstract: In this article, we obtain generic stochastic representations and asymptotic distributions of gene–gene correlations with respect to differential magnitudes, residual correlations, and sample size of experiment. Our results establish theoretical foundation for tight clustering of co-expressed genes.
