Abstract:
HR Consulting has become inevitable in the current scenario. However, the consultants are not equipped enough to withstand the demand and serve efficiently and effectively. In the current scenario there exist lots of problems in the consulting firm and this paper focuses on, the advent of e-consulting and the extent to which it has invaded into the industry to provide value creation in business for the consultants and also minimize their problems.
