Bryan Carsberg
Telecommunications Policy, 1987, vol. 11, issue 3, 237-242
Abstract:
The Director General of Telecommunications for the UK's OFTEL writes to defend the findings of his 1986 review of British Telecom's tariff and profit levels. He responds to the arguments made by the authors of an article in this issue of Telecommunications Policy, while agreeing on some of the broad policy issues. He invites further contributions on the issues, to help him shape the policy decisions for the UK industry in future.
