Restructing the telecommunications system in West Germany

Telecommunications Policy, 1988, vol. 12, issue 2, 184-186

Abstract: In 1985 the West Germany government instituted a Government Commission for Telecommunications. After more than two years of work, the commission proposed ways to restructure the telecommunications systems in West Germany. The final report, containing these proposals, was adopted by the commission by nine votes to two, with one abstention, and has been given to the German chancellor.
