Telecommunications issues concerning the Texas-Mexico border
Linda Krueger
Telecommunications Policy, 1992, vol. 16, issue 6, 504-510
Abstract:
Thi article examines telecommunications issues from a pro bono publico perspective concerning the Texas side of the US-Mexico border through the use of primary and secondary sources. The author finds that limited detailed public information exists on cross-border telecommunications traffic and that this may be contributing to a lack of public knowledge about the importance of telecommunication's roles in the economy and society.
